FROM NAPLES TO YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD
In 2007, Vincenzo and Mose Schiano moved to Newport News from Philadelphia with hopes that their father and son duo could make an impact on the Hampton Roads area. Vincenzo brought with him his experience and love for Italian cuisine and the art of pizza making from when he was a young boy in Naples, Italy. Having the same heart and dedication as Vincenzo, it was easy for Mose to follow in his fathers footsteps.
The perfect combination of experience and drive led this tag team to a very successful family friendly restaurant. Their achievements with their first restaurant motivated them to open a second establishment in Yorktown just two years later. The overwhelming support from the community and dedicated customers has given Vinnys Pizza and Pasta the reputation Vincenzo and Mose have always strived for. Vinny’s Pizza and Pasta is very grateful to all for allowing us to achieve our goals and giving us motivation to strive for more.
